Many of these materials can be found at a cheapie shop or craft supplier.
- We have found that hanging large sheets of black plastic surrounding your party area work great at blocking out unnecessary light, but also as a blank canvas to spray paint some neon artwork.
- Cotton or plastic spiders webs (white, green and orange glow best).
- Neon fabrics to cover tables, chairs or party areas (we have found that cotton or polyester blends work best).
