Moving on from inflatable hire to inflatable sales
After 11 years of providing the best inflatable hire equipment to events all over South East QLD we have decided to take a break from party hire. We will no longer be offering hire equipment. Instead, we plan to use our skills in designing and importing high quality inflatable equipment to assist other businesses, schools, churches and individuals to purchase their own awesome inflatable assets. Frequently Asked Questions
Wet Weather Policy - Weather can be hard to predict in Sth East QLD. As such, if any bookings are cancelled, prior to us setting up the equipment, and as a result of bad weather, we will refund you the full amount of the booking, minus a $100 holding deposit. This deposit can go towards a rescheduled booking at any date within the following 13 months.
When to cancel due to weather? - In most circumstances, light, patchy rain will not require a hire cancellation, however, we are unable to proceed in unsafe conditions. Inflatables are unable to be set up in high winds, electrical storms, or during times of heavy, set in rain. Due to the large delivery area that we cover, we may not know what the weather is doing in your area on the day of the event. If you are concerned about the weather, please contact us on the day of the event to let us know (at least three hours prior to the start time, so we can discuss the situation). Please note that we do not usually rely on the weatherman. In our experience he is rarely as accurate as we would like. The best bet is usually to wait until the day, to see what the weather conditions look like in your area.
Other Cancellations - If for any reason you need to reschedule your event, this can be arranged up to 3 days prior to the event for no additional fee. Cancellation more than 14 days prior to the date of the hire will be refunded in full. Any cancellations within 14 days of the hire will be refunded minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you forget to inform us of a party cancelation, no refund will be issued.
Do you have an order cut off? - Bookings must be placed at least 2 days prior to the date of the event. Please note, we have limited availability on most items so you are best to book early to avoid missing out.
When is payment required? - For advanced bookings payment is required at least a week prior to the date of the party. Last minute bookings should be paid for with a credit card at the time of booking (3 days prior to the event).

Do we support local charities and fundraisers? Due to the nature of our business we are asked for product donations on a daily basis. We like to help where we can. Unfortunately, there are many delivery and cleaning costs involved, that make regular donations difficult. We usually select groups that we have a relationship with, that are close to our warehouses. If you have a worthy cause, tell us about it. We may not be able to offer products for free, but we may be willing to offer generous discounts to support your cause.
What are the delivery times? - We will do our best to work in with whatever times suit your party or event. On busy weekends we appreciate some flexibility in delivery times, and if required, we will contact you to discuss any minor changes. 3 hour hires can be scheduled to start as early as 5am. Hires running later than 9.30pm will be charged at the overnight price and picked up the following day, unless special arrangements have been discussed with us prior to booking.
Can I book something for less than 3 hours? - Yes if required you can specify an earlier pick up time, under the three hours. Unfortunately however, you will still be charged the 3 hour base rate. This rate has been determined based on delivery costs, cleaning and insurance costs, which remain constant regardless of the length of the hire.
Can I book something for more than 3 hours but less than a full day? - Yes, you can specify the length of your hire. Any hire longer than three hours will be booked at the (capped price) all day or overnight rate, which is only slightly higher than the 3 hour rate. All day bookings will start and finish on the same day. Overnight hire pick ups, are scheduled according to location, and usually start from 10am the following day.
